Steve Wozniak, known as "Woz", invented the first true personal computer, the Apple l and Apple II. He also co-founded Apple Computers with Steve Jobs. As a child, Woz was interested in math and electronics and made many homemade devices from kits and from scratch including radios, calculators, voltmeters and electronic games. He was born on 8/11/50 in San Jose, Calif.
Corky's first prize for the BEST teacher Inventions was three STEM teachers throwing out the first pitch at a RED SOX minor league game. It was a whole new ballgame for them!
